Lewis Martin

Coach, Consultant, Ingenieur — und leidenschaftlich gern draußen. Seit über einem Jahrzehnt begleite ich Veränderung: erst als Projektleiter im Anlagenbau, dann fünf Jahre als Agile Coach in der Organisationsentwicklung, heute selbstständig mit etsah consulting. Coach, consultant, engineer — and passionate about being outdoors. I've been guiding change for over a decade: first as a project lead in plant engineering, then five years as an agile coach in organisational development, and today independently with etsah consulting.

Ich verbinde die Struktur des Ingenieurs mit der Haltung des Coaches: zuhören, verstehen, den Kern freilegen — und dann gemeinsam einen Weg bauen, der trägt. Mit Führungskräften, Teams und Organisationen arbeite ich auf Deutsch und Englisch. I combine an engineer's structure with a coach's mindset: listen, understand, uncover the core — then build a path together that holds. I work with leaders, teams and organisations in English and German.

Und weil die besten Gespräche selten am Konferenztisch entstehen, bringe ich Coaching dorthin, wo Kopf und Herz Raum bekommen: in die Berge, auf Wege, in die Natur.
